NUPCO, Inc. is a manufacturer of plastic farm drainage tile located in New Bremen, OH. The company was founded in 1946 as Niemeyer Farm Drainage by Robert "Bud" Niemeyer. He then expanded operations to manufacture concrete drainage tile and further expanded in 1971 to manufacture plastic corrugated tubing. In 1996, employees Luke Wilker and Ginny Dicke along with their spouses purchased NUPCO.  This brought Luke and Ginny's 28 years of combined experience to the management of the company. In October of 2013, an addition was added onto the existing building and a new line was purchased which increased the speed of the manufacturing process. At the end of 2016, Ginny Dicke retired, selling her portion of ownership of the company to her son Eric Dicke and son-in-law Justin Huffman. Luke and Eric, along with four other employees, work in the shop and make deliveries. Elaine Wilker took over Ginny's position in the front office.
